Every tool in one place
PhotoJam brings together the essential photo editing tools (select, brush, eraser, shapes, text and crop) in a simple rail to the left of the canvas, with keyboard shortcuts for anyone who prefers to work fast.
Every photo, shape or text becomes an independent layer in the panel on the right, where you can reorder, hide and adjust opacity without affecting the rest of the composition.
For photos, the adjustments panel unlocks brightness, contrast, saturation, blur and black and white in real time, all applied with filters in your own browser, without sending the image to any server.

Is PhotoJam really free?
Yes. There is no paid plan: the product is funded by advertising, and every editing tool is available to anyone, with no account required.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The editor runs entirely in the browser, on any computer with an up-to-date Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
Does my project stay saved if I close the tab?
Yes, locally in this browser. When you reopen the editor, your last project is restored automatically, but it does not sync across devices or back up to the cloud.
What formats can I export to?
Today exporting is PNG, with a transparent background when applicable. More formats are on the product roadmap.
